Once they started a building they would finish it without doing other work in between and we felt like they made our project a priority. Fortified made every effort to ensure we were satisified with the process. Their quality control went through the project with us to make sure we were happy. Their crew then returned at the earliest convenience to touch up anything that was missed upon inspection. The first building they did looks the same as the most recent one they completed which is what I was told when I first asked them to quote our project. I had personally reviewed three other buildings that Fortified had done in Salmon Arm prior to hiring the company and was impressed. We will continue with Fortified for the remainder of our phases

Logan was happy to give us a quote. He was knowledgeable and prepared, professional, and thorough; from the initial quote to the end of the job. He was also very competitive. He started early, and finished on time, even with extensive prep work; fixtures, windows, soffits and trim etc. All cracks were treated so that they would not be visible again. Logan did not take any short cuts during this process.
When the job was done, we went through it thoroughly and any flaws were promptly dealt with. In the end, we are very happy with the job that Fortified completed and we are positive that our experience is one that others would also have.

The crew arrived bright and early every morning and put in a full day’s work until the job was completed.

We were very pleased with the work done by Logan on our home. Recommended by our paint store, Logan is knowledgeable and reasonable, and has demonstrated there is a lot more to painting than just a brush and roller. We used Fortified to resurface our stucco and repaint. Issac showed up when he said he would and was very polite/professional to work with.
